 Bio:

Dr. Keston Fulcher serves as the Director of Assessment, Evaluation, and Accreditation at Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA.  Previously, he coordinated assessment efforts at Eastern Shore Community College.  His main research interests include Assessment of General Education and Lifelong Learning.   Dr. Fulcher is a graduate of James Madison University’s Ph.D. program in Assessment and Measurement.  Click here to view his vita.
