"Good" Assessment Practices at CNU
The examples below of Assessment Records (reports) submitted by the Master of Arts in Teaching and the Social Work programs at Christopher Newport University suggest a commitment to careful reflection and improvement. They both received the highest rating
(“Good”) by CNU’s University Assessment and Evaluation Committee. The Committee
arrived at these ratings by using a behaviorally anchored rubric, which contains
elements based on best assessment practice.
